Elfwood was opened by Thomas Abrahamsson Orginally, the name of the project was Lothlorien and was only focused on high fantasy art done by amateurs. When opened, Elfwood featured the art of three artists (Thomas being one of them) |

The Extranet is opened Before this point, all new art was emailed to Thomas who put it up by hand. With the new extranet (originally named the "intranet"), users can manage their own accounts. |

The wyvern's library is opened Elfwood opens up for written material for the first time. |

FARP is opened FARP is the Fantasy Art Resource Project at Elfwood, with tutorials of various relevant topics. |

The ERB crew is founded. To bring order back to the Elfwood chaos of rule breakers and other naughty actions, the Elfwood Review Board was founded. They are responsible for the Elfwood rules and also occasionally enforce them. |

Elfwood hardware is upgraded to PIII-1000mhz and 1 gb RAM. |

Elfwood is closed due to death threats to the management from some annoyed members/visitors. Some canadian guy threatened to kill the ERB crew. |

The FanQuarter area is introduced. We gave our members a three month allowance to move their fan art to this new area. |

Woodworks idea is born, and Georgette Tan starts working on the concept of an Elfwood focused eZine. |

The ticket system and the moderator concept is opened for testing. The first basic version of the ticket system is programmed by Thomas during his christmas vacation. |
